Trompe L'Oeil -- Fool
the Eye
The porcelain and stoneware sculpture at right was created by
Jackie's 91-year-old mother, ceramic artist Sylvia Hyman. It will be featured in the 12th Beijing International Art
Exposition, August 27-31, 2009, in Beijing, China. Exhibitor
and author Guangzhen "Po" Zhou will display it and
other works at Booth 10 near the VIP entrance. More

Also, Sylvia's piece "Small Berry Basket With
Letters" is on display at the Cincinnati Art Museum
through September 13 as part of the exhibition
